Truly the best! The entire office staff and both doctors are so caring and loving. I stopped by recently for my elderly dog to pick up medicine and the whole crew took time and chatted with me about how he is doing AND checked on me and my spouse to see how we are doing. We’ve trusted them with the care of both of our elderly dogs, one has since passed and they handled his end of life care with such grace. We have since had a new fur baby addition and they are providing the always excellent service for him as well. Cannot recommend them high enough!

I found a very sick little kitty in the road today. She was obviously in very bad shape. I called Brentwood and asked if they would squeeze her in. They told me to bring her in and they would get her looked at. Not only did they clean her up, do testing, tell me what meds, how to care for her etc., they also reduced the bill more than half so that I could take her home and get the supplies needed to help her thrive. Thank you to everyone at Brentwood Animal Clinic that helped this little baby today and gave her a chance to have a good life.

If I could give zero stars I would! Please do not waste your time or money on Dr. Hightman. Took my 8 week old puppy there for her first visit and he was the most unhelpful vet. I do believe he once was a good vet but now has some sort of dementia and is unable to have a conversation or answer any questions thoroughly. There was no agenda for the consultation and I had to lead him through everything. Not to mention the staff was cold. If I wasn't asking him questions, the visit would have lasted 5 minutes and I was charged $150 for absolutely nothing anyway. Hopefully I save someone from being ripped off from this place!

They really want what's best for your animals. Dr Lynn is SO knowledgeable, totally willing to educate you, she's thorough & you can tell that she actually cares about your babies. Thank you Dr. Lynn ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We’ve been bringing all five of our dogs here for the past three years, and the care has always been outstanding. The entire team is compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly treats our pets like family. They take the time to explain treatments and options, and we always feel confident that our dogs are in the best hands. It’s rare to find a veterinary facility that combines professionalism with such genuine love for animals.
