This is mooch. He is an lmas foster baby and not only did they squeeze him in last minute so he could feel and look better, they worked a miracle with him. I was able to get my pet groomed without an appointment due to a cancellation. I was told to come at 11:30 in which Kathy said bring her now and she would work my dog in. That was at 9:00. She finished at 3:00 and my dog had bruises on her belly which the excuse given was because a loop was too tight. Her hair looked as if Kathy was trying to rush and finish with uneven cutting. I didn’t notice till I got home just what an unprofessional cut my dog received. I paid and left a tip but I will not take my dog back there again.

My boy has had his hair cut multiple times by her. Every time she is absolutely sweet and loving to him. She does a very well job cutting his hair and nails, he always in good spirits when I drop him off and when I pick him up.
