Do you want your dog treated they way they deserve to be treated? Bring them to Bows & Biscuits! I have two pugs who absolutely HATE nail trims. The last time I took them to an unnamed national chain store for grooming they initially refused to do a nail trim until I pointed out that it was part of the service I paid for. But the way they treated my dog? I took him out of there and I will never return. Based on a recommendation specific to my dogs' trim aversion, I took them to Bows & Biscuits and I was so impressed. Instead of two people trying to hold down my dog to trim nails, they provided my dog with an Emotional Support Person who simply held and petted my dog while whispering to him and giving him kisses. To me, this was the perfect example of the care and love they give to the pups

We used to take our girls there every 6 to 8 weeks for a few years. One of the groomers had noted that our dog, Luna, had some lumps and bumps, turned out she actually had cancer. I'm so thankful they brought this to my attention because it allowed me to really hone in and enjoy the last year of life I had with her. Willow has been seeing our other dog, Maddi, the last couple times. She's so sweet and attentive and treats Maddi so wonderful. It makes me feel comfortable knowing that I can leave my dog and come back and she's not going to be traumatized from her experience. We recently just got a puppy and once he's all vaccinated we'll be bringing him in too. Thank you Willow!!

The employees are very caring and friendly to the pet owners and their pets. I took my dog in for a nail trim and they were amazing! I can't even trim my own dogs nails. I definitely recommend taking your dog here. They do get super busy at times though.

Oh my goodness, I love this place, my Maggie girl is half husky and her coat shows it. Willow is AMAZING 💕✨! Maggie’s hair is much more manageable after I leave her with Willow for a wash and cut. Maggie gets SO many compliments! I love it!
