Dr. Paige Underwood took incredible care of my dog, Ares, during a very scary emergency after he got into Tylenol. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was going on. What stood out most was how attentive and present she was. During Ares’s hospitalization, she came in to talk with us while we were visiting him and made sure we understood how he was doing and what to expect. Ares is the sweetest dog but gets very scared and reactive with medical care. Dr. Underwood and the staff were incredibly patient and understanding with him. They handled him with a lot of kindness and respect for his fear, and it really showed. By the time he was discharged, he had warmed up to them so much that he was literally kissing their faces goodbye. I

I had a wonderful experience at the Bowling Green emergency vet today and cannot say enough good things about the staff. From start to finish, everyone was kind, professional, and compassionate. A special thank you to Brittany, McKenzie, and Dr. Jon. They were absolutely fantastic. We were seen quickly, everything was explained clearly, and I never once felt pressured into diagnostics or treatments I wasn’t comfortable with. I was honest that money was tight, and they genuinely worked with me while still making sure my cat received exactly the care he needed. I do have prior experience working in the veterinary field, so I came in knowing what to ask/ expect, and I really appreciated that the team listened, respected that, and met me where I was. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! About 9pm Sunday night had to bring our pocket bully in for emergency C-section as she had a pup stick in her birth canal. As soon as I got there they got her right back there and xrayed and then came and explained how many pups and got as much info as I could give them. They tried all the could to save the pup stick in her birth canal but his sac had already ruptured and he was stuck to long. They treated our girl Oreo and her 5 pups amazingly. Dr. Kirk did amazing. The vet tech, her name was Sam I believe, she was amazing!!! She called the next day to check how momma and babies were doing and explained if she rejected any pups, I could come right now and get some milk replacer to get them taken care of. We came home to Harvey having a swelled bottom and in clear pain. Late Saturday, and no way our vet was still at his office. We ran to Emergency Vet and they immediately took care of our baby!!! Thank you so much to Dr. Mara, Holly and Brylee, we are so so thankful to you all.

I had to rush my cat, Sammy, here because I was worried he had a blockage. The vet took me in promptly and was attentive and kind. Luckily there was no blockage and only an UTI. Dr. Todd was who attended Sammy and he answered any questions I may have had. Sammy was given an antibiotic for the UTI and we were sent home with wet cat food. It has been 2 days since and I can already see improvements in Sammy's behavior. Big thanks to the staff for helping Sammy, and shout out to the receptionist! Kenzie has excellent people skills and helped me feel calm upon arrival. Thank you so much!
