Bow Wow Pet Resort LLC

On more than 1 occasion, bow wow pet resort has spoiled our puppies during last minute family emergencies. We have a lab (with some anxiety) and a golden retriever. They come home, from bow wow pet resort in republic, clean, happy, and exhausted, (in a good way) thank you! I can’t say enough good things!

We have taken our two dogs to Bow Wow several now, they were recommended by our veterinarian's office. We have been happy with the stays. Our dogs, Dixie and Gracie, are both large and still young so they can be a handful. They seem to enjoy going. They have strict rules about shots and treatments so we feel safe with Bow Wow. Both were adopted from different rescues approx. 7 months before their first stay at Bow Wow. We were worried about them feeling abandoned as that was all they knew for the first year of both their lives. But they came back happy, they even bonded closer now. They post pictures on Facebook every couple of days so we were able to see them happy and safe and share the pictures with our family and friends. We always check every day they are there to see if they made it

We left our sweet girl with this company and she came back a different dog essentially. She has two eye infections (weren’t there before) and her nose is scabbed up and bleeding (not there before). The lady said that it was because our dog “pushed her water bowl”. She has never done this before and idk of any water bowl that would cause this much damage. We brought her home and she is acting really weird and not the same as when we took her to this place. Do not recommend. We noticed quite a few others dogs had the same nose issue. She only stayed here for 4.5 days. I would also like to note that she is not an aggressive dog at all, so this isn’t from her doing. I loved how they cared for my German Shepherd!! She is such a babied fur baby & is never away from me, so I was worried leaving her, but it turned out to be a great experience for us both!! Kelly & Katelyn are awesome with her 💕 I highly recommend this boarding facility!!

You never know how a facility is ran in real time until you actually get there and see it in person. My bully is it neutered, so this was presenting a challenge as far as me boarding him for overnight and daycare. This facility was more than happy to accommodate him and any other dogs in tact. When I got there the person taking my info was exceptionally helpful and very friendly to my pet, picking him up was easy and I was so glad to see him in good shape! I will definitely keep using this facility for future stays. Everyone is very kind and loves their job! Thank you all for helping me and my beloved pet in our time of need.
