A Rustic Retreat Pet Lodge

We love bringing our 10lb miniature poodle mix here for doggy daycare. Ashley and the other staff go out of their way to make sure she is taken care of. It is so convenient to have this attached to the vet clinic. If Nova ever needs anything Ashley will run her over there for us during the day. You can not beat their prices and they are great to the animals.

Horrible experience. My wife called the week prior to needing to drop off dogs to the attached and affiliated vet clinic to see which vaccinations our dogs would need to be housed. They advised my wife that only one of our dogs needed updated on shots to be able to stay at the facility, only to find out on the Sunday one hour window drop off that Our older dog was missing a vaccination. They refused to accept our dogs the night we were scheduled to leave out of state for a weeklong vacation. I do not recommend if I could give zero stars I would.

I found the ladies at Rustic Retreat so very welcoming and friendly, not to mention understanding. I had to go out of town for a week and needed a safe place for my cat, who doesn't like being left alone, and here was a safe, welcoming and warm place for her. When I picked her up she was happy, healthy and smelled nice. The cost was reasonable and I will use them in the future if the need ever comes up again. I highly recommend Rustic Retreat for cat boarding that is for sure.

Very caring and accommodating. Our two rotties had special food needs and they were friendly and we know they were good to our pups because they love going there. Many places can't handle the breed but they had no issues with our guys.

We boarded our dogs here this past week when my husband and I went to Las Vegas. This is the best boarding place around. Our dogs were well taken care of. They even gave them both baths the day before we picked them up so they were super clean! Definitely our go to boarding place from now on!
