I have found my forever groomer. I searched multiple places to find the right groomer for my baby. I took a chance on Bow Wow Pet Boutique and I am so glad I did. They got me in the same day I called. They were very knowledgeable about grooming and took the time to evaluate my puppy. I was so pleased when I picked him up. Thank you Bow Wow Boutique. Very RUDE person that answered the phone, if that's the way you treat a pet owner I would not want to leave my dog with them. Learn some customer service!

Great service. My pup is very hyper and I was worried that they would not be able to keep him calm enough to do a good cut. They not only gaive mu pup a great cut he likes going.

The staff here is great with handling dogs. My chichuahua, had got to a point he wouldn't let me cut his nails and I was concerned about how to put a muzzle, on him, for fear he would bite me. They showed me what type to use and how to put on him. He ended up being very good for them and was in and out quickly. I explained to them on phone he had become aggressive with me...but he was a different dog with them. I'm very grateful for their handling of my dog. Very professional and good at their jobs.
