Dr Spisak is great. He is always great with my pets and really tries to care for them. Other than that...... There is no concern for getting your pet in. Their response is always "take them to an animal hospital". There are new people at the front desk every couple weeks. They are more concerned with adding up your bills high as possible than anything else. I've been double charged, which was fixed on my next visit. Their costs have become ridiculous. My parents came to put their dog down. It was a horrendous experience for them. They kept poking him because they could not get a vein. Then they just gave him the kill dose with no warning to my parents. Dr Spisak did come in to say goodbye to the dog in the beginning which was very much appreciated, but he did not handle the euthanasia. I

I took my two cats here individually, so I have 2 experiences to pull from. Here are my thoughts: Pros: -Low cost of services -Easy online scheduling system -Friendly staff -Clean facilities -Good at handling scared cats -Everyone on staff loves animals (especially dogs, which you can see by the decor & dog-only products they sell) -Dog on staff Cons: -Lack of customer service skills by one of the front desk ladies, as she had me standing around for 20 mins while my cat was meowing with stress, waiting to be checked out, while she was on the phone (it would have been longer if I hadn't spoken up to another staff member, paid my fee, & left); a similar situation happened when I was waiting to be checked in -Front desk staff prioritize phone calls over in-person customers -Weak communicati

I absolutely love Gwen she is amazing. They have taken such good care of our dogs and makes sure we have all the info needed. I will never go anywhere else.

Maybe we would have stayed here if it wasn’t for the rude/angry faced receptionist and the one rude/angry faced female vet doc we had the unfortunate interaction with when we went for our kitten neutering appt and was turned away b/c we weren’t there an hour earlier for prep of which they didn’t call us to say we needed to come earlier than the appt time. We both took time off work to drop/pick our cat up. Time and money wasted and negative memories created b/c of this vet. The only vet doctor we met with before is Dr. Wayne and he was great.
