My first visit experience this week was excellent. I like the curbside wait, so you're not sitting around in the waiting area with other animals although the waiting area is spacious, divided into two areas, plenty of seating, a comfortable and calm environment. Kelly and Brittney at reception were knowledgeable, warm and friendly. Our Shih Tzu, Angus, began limping a couple days before, keeping his front left paw tucked, and was getting lethargic. Dr. Valese is exceptional. He has a notably calm demeanor, and Angus had no issue with a thorough physical exam. Dr. Valese then said "his paw is fine, it's a neurologic issue" and pointed along the upper right part of the spine. Want to first say the front desk receptionists were kind, thoughtful, and very personable. They were thorough with going through my cats history and what our needs were for the visit. If it wasn't for them I would be leaving a 0 star review. I brought my adult cat in for bloodwork and to establish this as his primary vet. We waited over an hour and when it was finally time I was not allowed to go in with him for the exam. The tech did hand me a copy, on behalf of Dr. Valese, of "The Way to Happiness" a book from the Way to Happiness Foundation, a Scientology based group. Didn't expect, or appreciate being given religious propaganda while at the vet, but to each their own. Th waiting room is Immaculate. The staff are friendly and very professional. No personal conversations among themselves - just focused on the needs of the office and clients. The Dr was thorough, helpful with my pup and didn’t push me to buy supplements or anything else. Just instructions and guidance. Happy to find such a great place!

I had a great experience with pet lodging and the staff were amazing. We were visiting from out of town, and I saw they did pet boarding. The process was fairly easy and they answered any questions I had. My mini golden doodle was well taken care of and even given a bath. They treated him like part of the family! Thank you so much!

Dr. Valese and his staff were everything I could have hoped for and more: very patient, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. My bulldog Bowser and I had just driven from FL to PA after an arduous journey. I was very concerned about Bowser's anxiety and state of health. He is my 4th English bulldog and is definitely a 'special needs' dog. Dr. Valese did an in depth exam which was very reassuring and was the only veterinarian I've ever had who offered a behavioral consult. It was a game changer. His recommendations were tailored to my concerns & were clear and simple to follow. I wish more veterinarians focused on behavioral issues and not just an animal's physical health.
