I’ve been to several groomers in Salem and I’ve never had an experience like I did at Bougie Pooch Grooming. Booking was easy, I got in quickly, and when I called with questions they were so kind and helpful. They did a thorough consultation with me and my dog, explained what would be best for her coat, and suggested styles since she’s still a puppy — which I really appreciated. When I picked her up, I was blown away. She looked absolutely adorable and her coat looked amazing. The shop was clean, the staff was wonderful, and they even included a little holiday gift which was such a sweet touch. I will definitely be back and have already been recommending them to everyone!

They seem like nice people :) my first experience they asked what I wanted and gave me some advice back as I usually trust the professionals more. Took care of him pretty quickly, no complaints. He looked so handsome and they even gave him a tie and some treats. They gave a bit of a Christmas discount and I appreciated it. I would of loved to tip them if the groom itself wasn't a bit of a splurge as Is. Next time however. Thank you guys.

Our puppy has hated water, baths, dryers and having his nails/feet touched for as long as we can remember. Today was his first time at bougie pooch and to my surprise, they were able to trim his nails and shave between his paw pads (our vet wasn’t even able to trim his nails). He’s happy, calm, clean, soft, smells amazing and I couldn’t be more impressed with their animal whispering abilities. Thank you both so much!!
