Bones Bath & Beyond Massapequa Park

I took my Shih Tzu Mia for the first time and she came out looking beautiful. She is 8 years old and I have to say it’s the best cut she has ever had. I highly recommend this grooming salon, as from the first phone call to when we picked her up they were so friendly and very professional. They have found a new customer and will be bringing my Mia there from now on.

Hands down the best grooming experience I’ve ever had! Bones Bath & Beyond in Massapequa is truly a gem. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by the kindest front desk staff—especially the lady at the front who is always so friendly, welcoming, and incredibly informative. She takes the time to update you on everything: how your dog did with the groomers, how they interacted with other dogs, what services were done, and how to care for them afterward. What really sets this place apart for me is how happy my dogs are when they come out. They always smell amazing, look great, and—best of all—there's little to no shedding afterward! The experience here was great start to finish, they took amazing care of my anxious dog and left us with some extras on top (and not just a few treats a better fitting harness for my smaller dog than what he came in with!) Everyone starting with Sara at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful, you can tell they all truly love dogs. We will definitely be back for anything we need done in the future. This place is great! Made my puppy look so great and smells amazing. They are also very friendly and kind. You can tell they love the pups. Highly recommend.

I’ve been bringing my dog Giuseppe to Bones Bath and Beyond in Merrick for a few years now. We recently moved to Massapequa and discovered there was another location in Massapequa Park that is closer to our new house. Happy to report that we are having an equally great experience at the Massapequa location! They always take such great care of my Giuseppe and he always comes out of his appointment looking and smelling wonderful! He’s a Cavalier King Charles and I like to keep his fur long as it’s so silky and shiny I just can’t bring myself to cut it short. And the groomers here always understand the assignment and do a beautiful job at trimming and grooming his long fur for a classic CKC look.
