They took such great care of my dog and made the whole experience stress-free. The grooming itself was top-notch - my pup looked (and smelled!) amazing afterward. The cut was perfectly done, super clean, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they pay attention to the details and truly care about the dogs they work with. I was very sad to hear that they fired Patti Donahue. She was a longtime employee and a gem of a person. When my dog got sprayed in the face by a skunk at 9pm one night, Patti was able to be reached by phone to walk me through what to do. She really cares about her clients. She deserves better than to be suddenly fired.

I wouldn’t trust my dog to Be groomed by anyone else. They are kind and gentle and do an excellent job of grooming and clipping. He’s always happy to see his new friend at Bone Jour and that says a lot.
