I continue to have a wonderful experience with Bon Jour! They were incredibly patient, gentle, and clearly cared about my dog’s comfort and well-being. I have gone through many groomers before I found them. They are the best! My Jax came back looking amazing—clean, perfectly groomed, and happy. The attention to detail and friendly service really stood out. I truly appreciate how much affection Stanley showed my boy. He was nervous in the beginning and now he’s tail wagging when I take him! Stanley is amazing and Jax always gets a great cut and style! I love the effort and professionalism they put into their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring and remarkably skilled dog groomer!

Bone Jour is the BEST groomer on Long Island – I can’t recommend them enough! We’ve been coming here for several years, starting with their grooming truck during COVID. The owners, Tia and Vince, are phenomenal – attentive, talented, and truly caring. Tia treats every pup like her own! Our dog, Jetson, is usually nervous around new people, but Tia and her team are so patient and gentle that going to the groomer has become Jet’s favorite monthly activity. He always comes home looking fluffy and so handsome! A special shoutout to Robin at the front desk, who is just as loving and caring. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Every dog owner should have a groomer who is honest, accommodating, knowledgeable, and talented like Tia at Bone Jour. Thank you for everything you do!

I have taken my dog there twice. Best haircuts ever! I have gone to so many groomer in Long Island. None of them gave Jax the right cut. His hair is thick and wavy. Bone Jour is the only place you should take your dogs! Cage free, friendly staff and extremely organized!

We absolutely love our dog groomer! From the moment we pull up, our dogs can barely contain their excitement-they just know they are about to be pampered by people who truly care. The cage-free environment makes such a difference; it’s clear the owners and members of the staff genuinely love dogs and treat each one like their own. Every visit, our dogs come home looking and smelling fantastic, but what really stands out is how happy and relaxed they are The team is always so friendly, welcoming, and engaged with the dogs-they take the time to greet every pet, make them comfortable, and are so careful and kind throughout the grooming process. It gives me such peace of mind to know my babies are in such loving hands. It’s rare to find a place where the care and passion for animals is so evid

I am absolutely disgusted by what the owner, Tia allowed to happen to my dog. I was picking up my golden doodle to find one of the employees brushing out my dog who was crying in pain, fussing and nipping at the employee (absolutely no where near biting her). The employee proceed to hit my dog 7 times. After speaking with the owner Tia, she did not apologize and even tried to justify that hitting my dog was okay. She also said you have to teach the dogs that they cannot nip by hiting. I’ve tried to wrap my head around this situation and even contacted other groomers to ask if this was okay. They agreed with me that it is most definitely not acceptable to hit a dog and there are many other techniques to use instead. Save yourself the trouble and do not use this grooming service.
