Bond Vet - Roslyn

Dr. Leung and the entire staff at Bond Vet Roslyn are exceptional. Dr. Leung is the most compassionate, attentive, and quick-thinking veterinarian we’ve ever worked with. We’ve seen her periodically for years, but today truly showed her dedication. My dog, Jackson, was attacked on the street, and although Bond Vet is not an emergency facility, Dr. Leung and her team were incredibly supportive, responsive, and thorough. Their calm, fast reaction and genuine care made an extremely stressful situation manageable. We are beyond grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to both Jackson and us. We trust Dr. Leung completely and will be patrons for life. Highly, highly recommend.

I have had dogs my entire life and been through many vets. I have NEVER had the wonderful experience as I’ve had with Bond Vet and Dr. Leung and the staff including wonderful Michele at the Front Desk! From making the appt (on a Sunday at no extra cost!) and getting in the same day, to the kind, compassionate, considerate to our financial issues (job loss) Dr. Leung. Honestly, Bond Vet was recommended when our vet could not fit us in for over a week, however once we visited we never went back and moving forward this will be our pets Vet for life now. Please note we first went to the Garden City location before Roslyn existed and the service and people were just as remarkable. I would give 10 stars if possible.

This is the best vet I have been to in my 15 years as a dog owner. Dr. Leung is something of an AI vet - she is a wealth of knowledge. I trust everything that comes out of her mouth. Dr. Ritchey is a very calming presence in stressful situations and also incredibly intelligent. They both spend as much time as necessary with patients. Their recommendations are smart and make sense. The staff, from the nurses to the lady at the front desk, are amazing, so friendly, and so good at their jobs. Thank you guys for treating both my puppy and senior dog with such love and care. Bondvet is generally an expensive option, but this specific location is worth the price that you pay.

Dr. Crystal and the technician (I believe Tina was her name) were amazing with my dog. I hadn't been to a vet where they let you go back with your pet, so I had no idea my dog would be so afraid to the point she was growling and snarling at people. I wouldn't consider my dog aggressive in general, but she's definitely not the easiest patient unfortunately. Here, the tech was so patient and got creative with how she approached my dog. She ended up doing her bloodwork in the lobby because she suggested my dog might feel cornered in the exam room. They didn't make me feel rushed or any shame for having to troubleshoot how to best accommodate my dog. They took their time answering my questions and giving advice. The place is also super clean and the person at the front desk was very friendly.

I have nothing but positive things to say about bond vet and Dr. Crystal LEUNG and her assistances (Chelsea). Our dog Simba is reactive to people in strange situations. Bond Vet accommodated us by allowing us to be in the room when Simba was sedated and examined. I saw the love and attention that the doctor and techs took in caring for my dog and assuring his comfort throughout the entire exam. They took their time and care while examining my dog and explain, explained every detail and answered every question during the appointment. The dr. called the next day to check up on Simba deliver the information regarding all his tests. I would highly recommend Bond Vet to anyone with a reactive dog.
