Great experience with my two guinea pigs first visit. The techs were very kind, Dr Sosa answered all of my questions and did a thorough exam of both piggies. The office was very clean and calm. I will definitely come back with my pigs for future vet visits.

Hands down the BEST veterinary experience we’ve ever had. The staff is beyond amazing—kind, attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in every pet that walks through the door. The veterinarian is absolutely exceptional: incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough, and never rushed. Every question is answered with patience, every concern is taken seriously, and you always leave feeling completely confident and reassured. My poodles are treated like family (honestly, like royalty), and the level of care, love, and professionalism here is unmatched. I am so grateful to have found a veterinary office I trust 100%. I was so happy I called this vet about our pet rat Roxxy who wasn’t breathing well. Marcy was super empathetic and squeezed me in that day and contacted her other vet to get records. The Doc and staff Natasha and Rebecca are very sweet and helpful. I loved the easy medicine dispenser and syringe they gave me. The gave me options for services and prices. It’s good to know a vet close to me that examines exotics. It was a very clean office too!

Took my cat to Boca Palms for annual checkup. I had to leave him so that tests could be performed. I spoke with vet before leaving my cat. I felt confident that Caruso was in good hands. In fact he was and I will with confidence use Boca Palms for Caruso in the future.
