**Update** Management was kind enough to reach out and offer to do another pass. They were meticulous with her fur, ensuring the length was correct, got inside her ears, and filed her nails down. The groom is much tighter and more inline with my expectations. I am very happy to see my pup's face! **EOU** The staff were polite, booking was easy, and I appreciated the text notification when finished. However, the groom itself did not meet expectations. I brought a reference photo and specifically asked for a similar puppy/teddy trim but much shorter all over, while keeping longer hair on top of the ears. They have always done a great job with my other dogs and my 75 pound English retriever had a great first experience as well. We usually hesitated getting him groomed because they would cut off too much even with instructions. BARK AND BEAN definitely has my trust.

The staff at BNB DOG is excellent. They are polite, pleasant, and professional. And most important, our dog looked great when we picked him up.

Chilinsky is elderly, anxious, and not easy to handle; however, Jassy was incredibly patient and kind with him. She did an excellent job. Without a doubt, 100% recommended!
