New to the area and had to take my dog to a vet. It’s like anybody I googled and read reviews and I’m gonna say the reviews I read on the other place not gonna mention their name we’re awful so this is the second place I called. They were super nice on the phone before I even got there making an appointment when I got there. They were still nice. Their office is also nice. You’re not actually sitting waiting in the waiting room with other animals, which was awesome because my dog does not get along with others. They took me right into a private room that tech came in and did her thing asked questions gave answers. They took her to draw some blood. My cat got scratched by another cat yesterday and was not feeling well. I called Bluestone and was able to get in right away which was so nice considering the bad weather! They took her right in and knew what to do. They listened and assured me that she would get the best care. They worked fast and I could tell a difference almost instantly! She is resting at home and letting me pet her more and I’m so thankful for that! You ladies are wonderful!💜

Dr. Tracy is awesome! She is so patient, caring, and compassionate… you can tell she truly loves her calling. Blue Ridge Animal Hospital has lovingly cared for all the members of our fur family for years. The entire staff is excellent and professional and they treat our fur gang like their own.

We brought our dog in, thinking the worse and they reassured us and took great care of, and we got to take her home. We are so grateful thank you so much Bluestone.

We had to put down our Max. Dr. Snively & Vet Tech came to our home to bring peace for Max. Their kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. We will be switching over to them as our regular vet practice does not offer this type of service. We thank you again for your kindness and compassion during this most difficult time.
