This hospital is amazing each and every time!! They care!! I’ve had to use the ER and Internal Medicine docs for some sick kiddos with Vinny & now Sadie over the years. The docs listen, are thorough, follow up, follow through and I couldn’t be more grateful!!! They transitioned me to the Surgical service next door and found me solutions and answers that my primary Vet couldn’t!! What was pulled from my puppies stomach making her sick is the proof I needed. I’ve been begging for help for 5 weeks elsewhere. 50,000 stars for BP Scottsdale!

They have a very caring team. A vet technician (Sydney) first met with me to understand why I was bringing my cat in. Sydney is amazing. She helped me administer meds when we left the vet and cared very well for Macey. She is amazing. The Vet was also amazing. She had blood work drawn and came back with a game plan for helping my cat improve her appetite. The wait wasn't terrible either -- it was a Friday around 5:00 PM when I brought my cat in. Sydney came to me right away to take down the information. I left the vet hospital around 8:00 -- after they did their exam and also spoke with me twice about our game plan. They reviewed the pricing before administering anything. And while the price is high, it is understandable, as this is a 24-hour pet hospital. They suggested that I

We had an excellent experience with the team at BluePearl! From the front desk to the nursing team and the vet- they were so kind, welcoming, helpful and genuinely supportive for both our little girl and my husband and I during the process. While they had a more urgent patient that the doctor had to tend to first, they ensured our pup was monitored, comfortable and cared for while we waited. The medical team was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, making sure our girl was fully taken care of and able to recover quickly after our visit. 10 out of 10!!! Pro tip- we are Banfield Optimum Wellness members, and get 1 free emergency exam covered per year which really helped with total cost for visit. Definitely ask to see if you qualify.

I had one of the worst veterinary experiences of my life at BluePearl Emergency Hospital. I brought my dog in this morning after she began vomiting blood and having bloody diarrhea — a clearly urgent and frightening situation. We waited for hours without being helped. When we were finally next in line, another client came in behaving completely out of control. Instead of managing the situation appropriately, staff took her back ahead of us, even though her dog did not appear to be in critical condition like mine. I politely expressed my concern twice, making it clear that my dog was extremely ill and that the delay was distressing. Rather than reassessing the urgency of my dog’s condition, I was simply told we would need to keep waiting. At that point I called VetMED, drove over, and th

We have a senior cat who was straining to use the litter box, not eating much, very agitated, and very vocal. We had been to our vet many times over the past 4 months. She got much worse a few days ago. Our vet ordered an ultrasound and after much angst, she suggested more tests. Yesterday she was much worse so we bundled her up and took her to Blue Pearl. I was very upset. The front desk people and the intake tech were extremely kind and caring. Very professional and thorough in the intake interview. We saw the doctor fairly soon, she recommended a urinalysis (which our vet provided an estimate for but couldn't get us scheduled for days). The urinalysis indicated a possible infection. She identified an impacted gland which, I believe, our vet should have caught, but didn't. Blue P
