Our puppy we had just bought was diagnosed with Parvo and without Blue Pearl and their wonderful care he would not have survived. They kept us informed every step of the way, sent pictures and happily answered my numerous phone calls daily. He spent 10 days in the ICU. Was on oxygen and needed extensive care. The front desk, vet techs and vets went above and beyond to save him while keeping us informed and helping us to make decisions. We can’t thank them enough for all they did for Milo and our entire family.

Sunday February 15, I went to Blue Pearl for their end of life services, however as I walk through the door my sweet Beans took his last breath. The staff there were extremely friendly and compassionate. They allowed me to hold my sweet angel for as long as I wanted in privacy. They went a head with the cremation without the charge of end of life service. I truly had the best sweet guy for 11 years.

They were able to get a diagnosis for our elderly cat who started breathing heavily. We were given helpful information and were helped to worked through the best treatment options given her diagnosis, age and progression of health issue. With all this laid out for us we were able to process and have peace of mind in the decisions that were made. Though the prognosis was not good, we were able to bring our sweet girl home to give her as much love as we can and make her as comfortable as possible during the time she has left. Without their prompt care I’m not sure we would have been given that precious gift.

The staff took care of our dog and did everything they could for him. They were all compassionate and kind, and were always willing to answer our questions or try new treatment options. I hope we never have to bring any of our other pets to the ER again, but if you do I highly recommend going to BluePearl. I cannot express my thankfulness enough. I’m sure our Ranger boy felt special there, because they truly did love him the few days he was with them.

I seriously cannot express my gratitude for the BluePearl staff. We brought our cat in because she started having seizures. We unfortunately had to end up laying her to rest today… it was the hardest thing we’ve ever done. But Dr Allison Conner and the front desk staff were absolutely incredible. They were extremely thorough, explained all of our options, and did not make us feel rushed in the slightest. We were put into the comfort room. They gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our girl, and allowed us to press a button when we were ready. Even after she had passed, they allowed us to stay in the room for as long as we wanted to say our final goodbyes. There was a young lady who came in who was so friendly, and so caring.
