I had an excellent experience at BluePearl Pet Hospital. I went in for a consultation with a surgery specialist for my dog, who has a hole between her ribs, and from start to finish the care was outstanding. Dr. Monarski was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain my dog’s condition, answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and made sure I fully understood the findings and next steps. X-rays were taken and reviewed with me in detail, and future possible treatment options were discussed honestly, including a clear and detailed estimate so there will be no surprises. Blue Pearl’s staff from reception to the doctor’s themselves were exceptional and very caring for my Pomeranian! The doctor took his time explaining everything including the X-rays and showed us in detail the results. Facility is clean, large and comforting. Pricing is very fair for the level of service provided. Thank you!

The doctor was very helpfull, knowledgeable and polite. This time we brought in my daughter cat and she was very sweet with her. Last time I brought my frenchie and she treated him with the same care. I would recommend Blue Pearl 100%. The prices are a little higher but is worth the care and attention they would give your pet

We have had to take our German Shepherd there a few times. All of the staff have been amazing each time! When we took Holly in the first time, she was needing emergency surgery. Dr Meredith did amazing with triaging her and of course, Dr Farrell performed emergency surgery that saved our girl’s life. And it was after hours! He kept us updated every step of the way and put us at ease. We knew she was in good hands. This last time, Dr Heintz was extremely helpful and so accommodating. He took care of our girl and was so thorough. I can’t forget Sean with reception who is honestly one of the best parts of this animal hospital. In a place where everyone is so worried and stressed about their pets, he has a way of showing extreme warmth and compassion that instantly makes you feel at ease.

UPDATE: After having a bad follow-up at another emergency pet hospital, I brought Skipper back to Blue Pearl today for an injection and fluids. They took him right in, showed him affection and care. The desk staff was waiting for Skipper when we arrived (I called on my way) and the vet tech was amazing. I will not be using another emergency vet again, even if I have to drive an extra 30 minutes. This is the place to go if you want empathy and compassion and good vet care. My guy Skipper has been a patient of BluePearl Fort Myers for 3 weeks now when he was referred by an internist for a serious infection, pyothorax. The front desk and emergency staff were all wonderful but his surgeon, Dr. Carbillo was a stand out. Skipper spent 5 nights in the ER and received a median sternotomy.
