My dog Sadie has vestibular disease. She had an event last week so I had Dr. Nick de Silvia take a look at her around 2am. Matt (who was super nice and helpful) checked us in and we saw Dr. de Silvia very quickly. He checked all her vital signs and assured me the episode had passed and she was ok to go home. He indicated that if I had any additional issues in the next 24 to 48 hours, come back or give them a call and they would be happy to help answer any questions. Since this is something that can reoccur, he gave some helpful advice on treatment I can administer at home. I thoroughly recommend BPPH! This is my second visit in the last two years and they have been very caring, compassionate and helpful with Sadie's care.

After finally making contact, they treat my dog with care and a detail way forward. I just brought her in for an emergency visit and our dog was treated right away. The staff are caring and very thorough with their questions to understand as much as possible. Dr Dulaney and his assistant Jo were fantastic. Worth every dollar I spent.

From the moment I walked into your facility, I immediately felt that I was not going to receive help in a timely or respectful manner. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff’s demeanor toward me was dismissive and rude. I could not ignore the feeling that I was being racially profiled. As a Hispanic customer, it genuinely felt as though assumptions were made about me before I was even spoken to. Our precious dog was very ill. We ended up calling Blue Pearl and they advised what we should be on the lookout for without pressuring us to bring him in. Ultimately, he needed to be seen. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and compassionate. They provided thorough care for our boy. I would have no hesitation recommending someone take their pet here and will return in the event of another emergency.

The staff were friendly and asked many questions to understand the condition of the pet. They explained the cost up front and then any additional charges as well. They took very good care of my cat while in the facilities. The discharge explained everything I needed. If I had questions, the call back was great and got my questions answered.
