We had to bring our beloved 12 year old Bella here due to her vomiting and not eating! The staff here were so compassionate! We waited about 2-3 hours for a room but was well worth it! Dr. Hart did a wonderful job educating us on our options for Bella! She's been home now for a few days and becoming herself again thanks to BluePearl! 💗

Our 1 year old shih tzu, Sophie had undergone a $1856 dollar surgery at our vet in grantsburg, she was pregnant the puppies died inside, we thought she ate something and was sick. After we got her home from surgery same day she started crying out and crying. He gums were pure white her body temp was low, I didn’t think she would make it to the ER. We made it and they took her in. They gave her an iv fluids and pain reliever. She seemed much better, but still not good. They told us we needed to pay $3500 dollars right there to keep her overnight. I had $1500 cash on me after just paying almost $2000 cash on her surgery. I told them I’d leave my beautiful 10 year $10,000 wedding anniversary ring my wallet and the $1500 cash, I’d be back in the morning with the remainder money. I had to use

The staff took great care of our 50 lb mixed breed dog when he suffered a bout of anaphylaxis. Dr Hart was thorough and patient in his explanations of next steps for care. He delineated standards of care and told us where we might be able to save some money, if that was our goal/need. Our dog stayed overnight for continued monitoring and medications. The next day we had an appointment with our veterinarian, who appreciated the excellent care from the Blue Pearl team. All records were sent to our veterinarian. No vet is inexpensive, so everyone should get some pet insurance, I think. Staff and facility are top notch.

My daughter brought there cat Rusty in today and I came with. Rusty was suddenly Jaundice and peeing orange. Long story short, he was dying and wouldn't last to get him ok long enough to afford his regular vet. They wouldn't take payments. The vet here was so beyond kind and compassionate!! Really explained the options and understood our situation. In the end my daughter made the decision to end his suffering. The staff and vet were all so kind and patient and never made us feel rushed in saying goodbye. This was not how I thought today would go and my daughter is broken without her Rusty. But he was able to pass in a way that was gentle and loving and in her arms. And she got to say goodbye. Thank you all for everything you did today. Even though he's gone, you and your staff made sure Ru

I brought my pup in after ingesting an unknown amount of rat poison. I have had rough past experiences in emergency vets, the vets have always been wonderful. Blue Pearl went above and beyond on how they talked to me and dealt with my pup. I got in early luckily and they took advantage of all that time to make sure khaleesi was going to be okay. Blue Pearl was up front caring and actively engaged in making sure she would recover
