Our girl gulped down an avocado pit (whole, no chewing). Dr Alexa and her team were great to work with. They identified where the pit was in her tummy and referred us immediately to a pet hospital that could perform the unique procedure of scoping with a little net to pull out the pit. Understanding there were no guarantees and surgery could be the only option we went directly there late Sunday night. Successful scope Monday morning! The receptionist, Christina, (I will confirm correct name) greeted me with a smile and reassurance. “I remember you from your phone call.” That immediately made me feel reassured and welcomed. We felt heard with our presenting concern, and were quickly treated as well as given detailed after care. When we had concerns arise again after bringing our sweet puppy home, the team did not hesitate to connect us to help, preventing an unnecessary second visit. We took our "daughter" Luna to BluePearl for emergency treatment after she had taken a fall down some steps. Luna had mild arthritis in her hips. After Xrays and exams, they found she had cancer in her hips as well. We miss her every day, but the care and kindness given by staff and doctors has lifted our hearts. Thank so much

I've been to this ER vet many times over the years. They have always been friendly, extremely helpful, understanding and very good with whichever pet I have brought in, including an animal that I picked up off the street once years ago. I would highly recommend this office if you need any care. This is the only ER vet that I truly trust and can always rely on. And I feel it's worth any amt of driving to get the care my pets deserve.
