I could not recommend BVS more. Even when they are extremely busy with critical OR cases, they always make sure you feel heard and cared for. We've had 3 visits with two different cats and all three times, we received the most compassionate care. My very first time at BVS didn't have a happy ending, as my kitty, Khaleesi, was extremely sick and we had to make the ultimate heartbreaking decision to have her humanely euthanized - BVS was there for and with us every step of the way and helped us through the toughest moments and decision we'd ever had to make. My dog went for TPLO consultation. After talking with Dr. which was very informative his staff come in to discuss financials. Staff specifically quoted all in price that day and when I showed up for surgery day they backtracked to say that was only a 75 % portion. Wife was with me to verify and we ended up leaving with dog on the day of surgery. The argument the whole time was they verbal told me one price, but the paperwork I signed for surgery stating another price, I should have read the fine print and I was told that rudely by the staff as well. I understand mortgages, cars, etc. fine print matters. Their rebuttal to staff quoting the wrong price was "oh well should have read the fine print". I would have paid the higher price if it was handle with professionally communicatio

We took my dog here last night as a recommendation from her primary vet due to him thinking she needed 24/7 monitoring due to a pancreatitis flare up. They were so sweet to her and I truly feel like they helped save her life. There were no surprise costs because the doctor and vet tech explained a rough estimate and everything they thought would need to be done which I really appreciated, and after I paid the deposit the total cost ended up being cheaper than the original estimate. When I walked in to pick her up I could hear the staff engaging with her as if she were their own dogs. What an incredible place. Came in late at night with Kazimierz, our ancient cat who is my “heart cat.” First time in the facility - the front desk is overseen by two lovely and competent women who show care and run a tight ship. The vet tech was like family by the end of the night and the veterinarian who oversaw Kazzy’s care was professional and empathetic. Lots of happy and boisterous providers bustling around in the back. Kazzy was hospitalized and I felt completely comfortable leaving him in the care of these very competent experts.

Our 12 week old Danny, was lifeless! His vet had did what she could. He was septic, glucose 33, and body temp 92. We carried a lifeless dog in there, and the boy we are bringing home is the same happy little Danny we grew to love. The entire staff were amazing, but Dr. Brad won me over. He asked me to give Danny 24 more hours to try to fight. I thought no way this 2.6 lb baby is pulling through this. Hours later Danny stood, then he ate, then he was 24 hours seizure free. We owe them so much for saving our precious boy. Dr. Brad you have a special place in our hearts, and we thank you for saving our boy!
