Horrible, unprofessional, offensive behavior by desk staff. I drove my sister who had an emergency with her dog to the clinic, helped her inside. It was horrible The staff came across as mercenary. I was flabbergasted. The dog did not get any treatment or help from this facility. I drove her to Louisville where she got good treatment. I would never put a human or four-legged critter or creature through the emotional trauma and stress they went through. The snotty PR reply that usually gets posted to these reviews by the staff hired to monitor social media sites, don't bother your words are hollow.

I called because my cat is sick. They told me to come in, this was on a Saturday. I drove twenty minutes to get there, while I was pulling into the parking lot they called and said they didn't have time to do the workup on my cat. My poor cat was crying because of the way she was feeling. That showed me that it's just a cat to them, but she means alot more to me. Unfortunately my cat has to wait two days to be seen.

Possibly saved our kittens life. Cannot recommend this place enough. Fair pricing, professional but friendly environment and great advice. I had to call the clinic multiple times to ask questions about my kittens behavior/feeding schedule and nothing was too much and got a call back in an answer every time as promised, they’ve secured a client for life.

Cedric, our 10 year old Texas Blue Lacy 💙 enjoyed his 1st znnual visit with Dr. Dennis. The whole staff was very welcoming and treated Cedric well. They made his trip to the visit a wonderful experience from the registration desk to checkout.

First time Mr. Lou has been here and he loved it! The staff is very friendly and cared about him. He was not afraid and the whole visit went quick. The prices are reasonable so you don’t leave feeling like you just gave up your savings. I would recommend this vet!!
