Fast, friendly service from a company that has been a long time fixture in Rochester. I truly hope they remain for many more decades to come!

I'm a dog person and went there for some Fromm dog treats that everybody in my dog training class is talking about. This store has the largest selection of dog toys in the area and many brands that other stores don't have. Of course they have stuff for farm animals, pets, and home and garden needs. Prices look good compared to other stores. But the people at the cash register are lacking in basic customer service skills. No greeting at all. In fact not a word was spoken through the entire ring out process.

Expert staff can help you with what you need, high quality products! A little more expensive but you need to expect that when the quality of the items is above a normal pet store.

A much better choice to animal feed than tractor supply. As most know, I absolutely hate tractor supply due to their treatment of baby chicks. (AKA cardboard box full of dead chicks) Employees are knowledgeable and polite. The prices are also consistently slightly lower than tractor supply. Another benefit to blueseal is that they will bring the bags of feed right to your car for you. It is super convenient and helpful for someone like myself with spinal injury. Will 100% continue to get all my livestock needs from this particular store.

Great customer service, able to get hay bales here and other misc chicken needs! They threw it right in the subie and was all set.
