We are delighted with Chloe's progress, which has nearly restored her to normal. The significant improvement is evident in the decreased swelling, dissipated odor, and absence of severe itching episodes. She has also regained most of her activity level. Our pet was previously miserable, causing us distress. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Bloom Animal Hospital for their outstanding staff and Dr. Matos, who demonstrated patience, gentleness, and thoroughly addressed our questions and concerns. The treatment plan was clearly explained, and expenses were discussed to avoid surprises. The directions were clear, and our appointment was well-timed. If you’ve been to your regular vet over and over, spent a ton of money, and still don’t have answers — do yourself (and your dog) a favor and go see Dr. Bloom. He’s truly on another level when it comes to understanding what dogs need. Our dog Barkley had a skin condition that no one could figure out and chronic ear infections that just wouldn’t go away. After seeing Dr. Bloom, we finally got to the root of both problems — and now Barkley is healthy and happy again. Dr. Bloom and his entire team are so kind, empathetic, and genuinely care about the pets they treat. I was recommended to Bloom Animal Hospital from my current vet who I love. I had been dealing with ring worm on my kitten, who was sold to me with the condition, for 11 months. We were looking for a second opinion and for any new ideas to treat and resolve this issue so that my kitten could enjoy his new home without being quarantined and given so many meds. I was treated with empathy and kindness. Dr. Matos listened to my concerns and assured I was doing all the right things to rid of the condition. We always have a wonderful experience with the staff here. The desk staff, the techs, and the vet all show love & attention to our dog. They take care of him like I’d expect them to care for their own pets. My dog is allergic to so many things and we were able to get him tested and begin immunotherapy. They have been wonderful communicators all around. My anxious dog is accommodated and he responds super well to them. I’d recommend them in a heart beat.
