Bret was easy to work with, we did a kitchen and bath remodel. BK did the flooring for both. He did an amazing job!!

Cynthia was warm, helpful and I had a carpet color for my screened in porch chosen in less than five minutes. I took color samples of the paint with me. She and chose the same color based on the fact there was a good complimentary color of walls and nice match with trim & wainscoting

The staff in the store are very knowledgeable and friendly but beware of the installation. Our installation was delayed due to shipping, then once arrived there were damaged boxes of product. Once the installation started we had three different installation crews over two weeks on what was quoted as a two-day job. These were both items outside of the control of BK and understandable. They did agree to discount our invoice $100 and even included flooring the closet under the stairs on the ground floor with excess material for our inconvenience. During the installation, they pulled the carpet from the upstairs while leaving the tack strips down including in front of my son's door. Post-installation we are left with multiple spots where you can see the subfloor due to poor transitions as w

Over all this is a great place find some flooring, but there could be a little room for improvement on communication. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with their vast selection of flooring. Brett was able to help my wife and I find a floor that complimented our wood stairs. We ended up going with the first floor of the three that he picked out for us when we brought in a stair tread sample into the store. Spot on! I also had a lot of questions that Brett patiently answered as my wife and I made our final decision. My one complaint from my experience had to do with organization/communication.
