I took my Aussiedoodle there along with a Labradoodle I had literally just rescued 24 hours prior. I had no information about her at all, but the staff at Carver’s were so kind, gentle, patient, and understanding with the whole situation. They treated her with such care, which meant everything to me. My Aussiedoodle also hadn’t been to a professional grooming facility since before COVID — I had been grooming him myself — so this was basically a brand new experience for all three of us. From the very first phone call to book the appointment, to drop-off, to pick-up, every single interaction was wonderful. I have been bringing my dog Odin here for the past year now and we always have a great experience. The service is always top-notch, the staff is super friendly, and Odin always comes out looking and smelling amazing. It's clear that this family-owned business is passionate about what they do, and it shows. The extra touches really made our day, Odin got a cute ornament and even got to take a picture with Santa🎅🏼Highly recommend giving them a try!

We absolutely love Winter’s groomers! Winter is pretty timid and shy at the groomers (total opposite of how she is at home), and they are always so patient, gentle, and understanding with her. They do an amazing job every time and truly care about the dogs they work with. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference for nervous pups and their owners. I always feel confident leaving Winter in their hands—highly recommend!

We have a long haired dachshund that was a puppy mill rescue. She had been shaved when we got her so when her coat grew out, it was a little uneven. We read the reviews for Carver's and took her there. They offered hours that were very convenient. They were very kind and professional. They treated our girl with lots of loving.
