Bissonnet Veterinary Hospital

This is a solid veterinary clinic. My maltipoo and I have been coming here for 4 years which was a little before they moved into this new space. The veterinarians are professional and caring, the front desk staff are professional, the space looks clean and it is convenient to get to.

All of the staff and Vet Doctors in this Veterinary Hospital are amazing. The staff is caring and the doctors are not only caring but top of line in their field. So far my doggies have met and love, Dr. Rita Jou, Dr. Julie Hernandez and Dr. Patten. I can highly recommend Bissonnet Veterinary Hospital.

This veterinary practice is the best I have come across. Everyone is very helpful and the attention to detail has been very impressive. The prices are quite reasonable and the explanations are very thorough.

I really want to say thank you for seeing me on such a short notice, especially being a new patient. They scheduled me in the same day since my dog was experiencing diarrhea. The entire staff was very friendly from booking the appointment, checking in, and seeing the vet. Everyone was so attentive, and they even did a courtesy call to check in on Pongo. I wish I lived closer because they would be my primary vet but I was visiting from out of town. Just wanted to say I really appreciate the great customer service and taking care of my Pongo on such a short notice! ☺️ We were able to enjoy the Astros game (I was worried I wasn’t going to be able to take him) ⚾️

While I am not currently a customer, your clinic took excellent care of my cats for twenty plus years. We lost our last cat, Layla, last January after seventeen years. We received excellent care for Layla, the vet and staff were kind and sympathetic and did their best to provide us with a caring and supportive environment for Layla’s last days. We appreciate all their genuine care and support, and for the excellent care provided for Layla and our two previous cats, Kizzy and Lilly. We can certainly recommend this clinic. It recently moved to a larger and more centrally located space with ample parking, which is an added plus. Thank you again for your kind, compassionate and competent care of my pets nearly thirty years.
