Birch Lake Animal Hospital

We found a kitten out in the snow in bad condition and we called around everywhere but Birch Lake Animal Hospital was the only place that good could us in that same day. We saw Dr.Emily Stenseng and she was incredible! She was very kind and personable not only to our kitten but also to my husband and I. All of her staff from front desk to the vet techs and assistants were all so kind and friendly, thorough and efficient. They really made a lasting impression on us and because of their kindness we will be bringing our kitten back! Thanks for everything!

As a first-time dog owner, I cannot say enough good things about Birch Lake. We adopted our little guy on a Saturday, and by Monday we noticed worms in his stool. In a total panic, I called multiple clinics, and Birch Lake stood out immediately. They were incredibly compassionate on the phone and got us in right away, which showed how much they truly care and validated my concern. Dr. Haase and the staff have been amazing—always patient, reassuring, and happy to answer all of my “first-time dog parent” questions, never making me feel like any question was silly. More recently, another issue came up with Lambeau. I called as soon as they opened, and the vet tech showed such empathy. Dr Tim and the Birch Lake staff were so wonderful. We saw them for acupuncture for our dog that had chronic meningitis. Everyone was very friendly and Franklin loved to see Dr Tim every time he went in for treatment. He would get up on the exam table by himself and wait for Dr Tim. Highly recommend Birch Lake Animal Hospital.

We couldn't be happier withe time, care, and attention the BLAH staff gives our pup. Bailey has never seen another vet office because once we experienced the quality service, we knew this was the place for us. We highly recommend them!

Our dog was hit on 96 and the team here was so kind to us during an extremely difficult time. We hadn’t been customers prior to this experience but it was the closest animal hospital we could find since we recently moved to white bear and were unsure of where to go. We brought our dog in after he had passed and the workers were so so so kind and accommodating. We got ashes back within 3 days and they even saved the blanket that we brought our Gus in.
