5 Stars. We like Birch Island (my human family and dog family members all agree) - it is a nice, new, 3-in-one business. We always seek out these types of business for our 4-legged friends. Our previous service was through Ark Animal Hospital, which closed due to the sale of the business and we didn't like the rates on the new owners. We use Grooming, Boarding, and Vet services. We've used the Vet and Grooming so far. Each were a great experience. The folks at each desk were pleasant and seemed to be in a good mood. lol. They seemed to genuinely like my dog and Lambeau liked them. I will continue to use these folks. I will update if and when I use their boarding services.

We just moved to the area and we were referred to Birch Island. We took both our fur babies . When we got there we were greeted by the friendly receptionist, there was no wait time . Our tech was just as friendly. We saw Dr LaMon . I can’t say enough good things about her and our experience. Dr LaMon was very thorough and took her time explaining everything, as our babies deal with allergies. If you are looking for a new place to care for your fur babies, I highly recommend Birch Island Veterinary Center.

My pup Mel saw Dr. LaMon last week and, once again, this clinic saved my baby’s life! Two years ago, my other pup (now 14 years old) was seen by Dr. Pallozzi, who found a tumor and removed her spleen. Thanks to their care, she’s healthy today, keeping up with her check-ups and doing great. I’m beyond grateful to the entire team for everything you’ve done for my dogs!

We are still customers, and we’ve been through some stuff with our dogs, and I wanted to elaborate on their service. In February 2020, we took in a pair of mixed breed Lab/Pit baby girls from the same litter, abandoned in Georgia on our daughter’s doorstep. We moved down the road from Birch’s a couple months later and brought our girls in for initial shots and first exams. It was convenient having our vet located 5 minutes down the road. You can contact Birch 24-7 via email, phone, or text. They have a backup vet office on the weekends outside of their operating hours. They are fully staffed and always available. A week before Christmas 2024 we had to put our Cookie down. In the weeks leading to this day, we were in constant contact with Dr. Pallozzi. She regularly would check up on Cooki

I can’t thank this veterinary clinic enough! When I had an urgent concern about my dog, the vet responded immediately and got us in right away. The level of care and compassion we received was outstanding. My dog was treated promptly, and I truly felt like we were in the best hands. The entire staff is friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. The facility is also clean, welcoming, and well-equipped. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care for their pets.
