Our beloved cat passed away unexpectedly, I called about information about cremation in which Mike (very pleasant and informative) told me to stop by that day. The service was quick, respectful, and affordable. If I need any of the services they offer in the future they are my top pic. Thank you very much Mike!

When I first went to Birch Hill, I explained I had a nervous dog - long story short, my dog has now been going there for over a year - and he LOVES it. He actually screams on the way there like a little kid. They slowly introduced him to other dogs in the beginning; now, he gets along with all of them. Grooming is also great. I couldn't think of bringing him somewhere else. They treat him so good.... great place... highly recommended. oh - and he is TIRED when he gets home! (he naps on his own when he wants to) he is a very HIGH energy dog...

Mike and Tonya go above and beyond for their clients (the four legged and 2 legged). My dog has been going there for approximately 5 years and he loves its. He goes there excited to see everyone and comes home tired after a day of playing. When I had health issues and had unexpected hospital stays in Boston Mike and Tonya took Tango for unscheduled overnight visits without hesitation. We are so fortunate to have Birch Hill in our area!

We have boarded our dogs here several times and they always come back healthy and happy. Good drop off and pick up hours!
