Seren is a the best dog trainer I've ever worked with! She does an amazing job of breaking down the thing we are trying to teach our young pup into manageable bits and does an AMAZING job of explaining why we do each step a certain way. Everything she has us working on is based on dog psychology and what will make the most sense from our dog's perspective. Our energetic pup has been successfully integrated into our home with our geriatric grump and is learning to be the best dog she can be. I highly recommend Seren for all of your dog's needs!

Seren is a great listener, teacher and dog trainer. She is reliable, professional and has a lot of knowledge. She really listens to her clients needs and changes her teachings to match the needs of her client and their dog. I have been going through a lot this year. I had a surgery and am immune compromised. Seren is helping me train my dog to be a service dog and has a lot of experience in this area. Seren has done virtual meetings (when I have requested) and has been very respectful ( wearing a mask, letting me know if she doesn't feel well). My dog (Lava) has already learned so much. ( Loose leash walking, waiting when told to, becoming less reactive) Each time we meet I am taught a new way to communicate with my dog better.
