They are an advocate for animals and their well-being. They were very gentle during a stressful visit for my cat. They were very thorough and communicated issues with detailed explanation. They were very kind and considerate and I highly recommend their services. They have been the best place to bring my cat after several attempts elsewhere. My Swiss Mountain Dog had TPLO surgery in May with Dr Keller at Birch Bark Veterinary Clinic. The entire staff was respectful, knowledgeable, empathetic to Cocoa's needs, listened and heard me when I asked questions, and were pleasant to work with. They made the process from start to finish easy right down to filing the claim with the insurance carrier for me. The clinic it self is very clean. We are very happy with the staff at Birch Bark Vet. We brought our anxious/ reactive dog in to check on some things and were a little nervous at how it would go. The staff were kind, gentle, and patient with our dog. The vet Dr. Keller seemed genuine, knowledgeable, and straightforward. This is probably the most relaxed I’ve seen our dog at an appointment anywhere. We are happy we found this veterinary clinic.

Yearly visit for cat 🐈‍⬛ boy #2. Overall experience. All the office staff are kind and welcoming, Dr.M is straight to the point and a wealth of knowledge and experience. If you are looking for someone that “dances around answers or sugar coats things” I wouldn’t recommend. Otherwise, for results for your animals health and safety, very knowledgeable people.
