Binford Pet Wellness Clinic

I was very impressed overall with my experience at PWC! My cat Mister was a stray I just caught and he did well but so did the people handling him. My dog currently goes to Fishers Per Hospital but I am thinking of taking her to PWC instead if we ever need to change where we go. Mister has also been completely fine ever since we got home, no reactions to any medicines or vaccines!

I took my very sick Cane Corso into this facility on October 19, 2025. She is very well socialized, nonaggressive and melts in your hands as soon as you talk baby to her. My experience at this facility was terrible to say the least. I will never set foot in another pet wellness clinic after this experience. Dr. Pinkerton was obviously fearful of large breed dogs As she was very startled, and jumpy, when my dog would move or make any type of noise. My dog was clearly unsettled by her presence, and she did absolutely nothing to try to calm the situation. In fact, she only escalated it. She spent absolutely no time trying to connect with my dog to make her feel comfortable. Instead, she chose to be condescending and make it sound like I have done no training with my dog and no socialization

Jada is the most fun, bubbly, pet loving tech I’ve ever seen. I really enjoyed her. The doctor was very friendly and informative as well, and I appreciate her insight and recommendations. The BINFORD facility is also the most beautiful vet’s office I have ever seen! I may make this my primary location even though it’s not the closest. Thank you!

I love Binford Pet Wellness Clinic! The staff is so amazing , very professional , knowledgeable, kind and personable. You can tell everyone takes their job seriously. I genuinely feel like my puppy and I are valued here! I have never had a long wait. As soon as we walk in they have a room available and a vet ready to care for your pet. Refreshments are even provided!!!! The clinic is always clean and the service here is top tier! Everyone should be so proud of themselves for providing outstanding service. We are very pleased with the thoughtful care of the entire staff, and we appreciate having been seen on the same day due to Simi's situation. Dr. Lether was clear and succinct in her thoughts, findings, and treatment of Simi, and Grant was great handling Simi with gentle care. A gal welcomed us before we reached the desk and took us immediately to a room. I am expecting Simi to do well with her recovery. The staff put us at ease with our concerns. We are very grateful.
