Every one of our sweet fur babies have been seen by Doug over the years. I felt incredibly blessed to have found such an amazing Doc for them when we first came to Lamar 18 years ago. I had to put my dog asleep because she was very ill and Doc Lubbers was professional and very understanding as we laid our mama girl down for her last nap. Thank you for your professionalism and your support. Very much appreciated.!

After one of the other popular vets in town REFUSED to help Lobo. I have only used Big Timbers! Doug ran tests and did what he could to save Lobo he even came in on his day off to help him. We lost Lobo but not for a lack of trying! He was diabetic, a simple blood test showed what was wrong we didn’t get the insulin in time. I take all my animals to Big Timbers now!

He is the best vet I know. He’s kind to the pets and gentle while working with them. He’s been my vet for 37 years. Now his daughter has joined him and she’s just like her daddy. A wonderful clinic
