Big R's Carpet

My family was treated like we were royalty. Each and every person we came in contact with was very helpful and concerned in making sure my daughter would be satisfied with her purchase. They were not pushy or trying to sell her something she did not want. They did not have the color she wanted so they called as soon as they had a lighter color they thought she would like. The prices are better than other carpet stores in Bakersfield California. The quality of their carpets are very nice.

This place is amazing and extremely affordable compared to these other big companies in Bakersfield. They provided me with a fast appointment and the contractor installed two bedrooms so quick and I was extremely happy with the quality of the carpet and the outcome. The owner is wonderful and extremely kind and knowledgeable and refused to let us pay until our carpet was installed to make sure we were satisfied. We will continue to use Big R’s until we finish our entire carpet replacement.

My husband and I seriously shopped around and priced our carpet comparing all the known well-adverstised companies in this town. Let me tell you that we are clearly paying for that advertising! We spoke with Craig, he did not pressure us or try to make us purchase ALL of our carpet at once like the other stores. ( we are doing 1 room at a time instead of going into debt) He was a pleasure to meet and speak with, gave us our estimate and threw in 3 special carpet tiles that he told us cats love ( he was right!) Before the work was done I tried to pay him or at least give a deposit. He refused, said " We do business by a hand shake here ." The install was such a fast beautiful job and we now have the best carpet money can buy at a wonderful price, WAY lower than anyone else. I HIGHLY recomm

Big R Carpet has seen our family grow through 2 houses and has provided outstanding support and service in updating and changing our flooring throughout each home. We recommend to every family and friend when they have flooring needs, and everyone has been happy beyond belief. We will be using them again soon!

My husband and I stopped by Big R’s to check out selection and prices with no intention of buying anything that day. But as soon as we met Craig and found the carpet of our dreams at a fantastic price, we didn’t bother looking at any other stores to compare prices. Our carpets were installed within two weeks, and Craig even threw in some “carpet tiles” for our cats to scratch - they LOVE them. Quality carpets at an affordable price with excellent customer service and professional installation. Can’t beat that!
