I have never been to this place , but I had a bad experience just over the phone. I was trying to schedule an appointment for my 13 years old Dog that she is on Steroids and going back and on with all Stupid Questions about my dog , the lady finally said : oh I think you should take her to Merrimack Vet , they have groomers because of her health issues. What health issues? . My Dog is old but she doesn’t show any sickness.So I just said :Ok. I do not understand why that lady acted like that with me over the phone and that’s what we call: Discrimination ! But on the other hand , I am very happy I didn’t take my Dog there because I found a very nice place and very professional people that treated my dog like their own.

I'm now a regular customer at Big 'n Small and quite pleased with their services. My 8-month-old Golden, Hugo, can be fearful, but they handle him well. After each visit, he looks great and smells wonderful. I appreciate the care they provide to Hugo.

Scheduled me to come in within an hour. Little kitty has happy to get his claws trimmed. Fast, friendly service. Would gladly return!!!
