Smuckers / Big Heart Pet Brands / Meow Mix OTR: Follow Truck Route. Several truck restrictions are nearby.  NO Overnight parking onsite.  NO truck parking nearby. No Parking on the side street. Gated facility: use intercom to call the S & R office for entry.  Open: 24/7. FOLLOW scheduled appointment time.  Busy location. Very tight corners, cramped lot for Drop trailers, very limited space, but manageable to maneuver.  Poor lighting at this location.  Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). The portable bathroom is available next to the S & R office.  Tandems to the rear.  Must have Hi-Visibilty vest.  Must have straps to secure load.  Load is Heavy.   Scale onsite. Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck.

**Warning ** The vmail directions are wrong!! Must turn right at the 1st light over river. Next light turn left then left at next light . Straight then turn left on 10th then right on market. Shame on Smuckers for leaving incorrect directions on the vmail for multiple yrs now . No regard for possible CDL Driver infractions on their record should you wind up one of multiple dead end or no truck streets trying to figure it out.unacceptable!!! 3 hrs loads time.

I arrived at 12 am, only to be informed that my appointment was scheduled for 5 pm. I was advised to return at 4:30 pm. Upon arriving at 4:30 pm, I was informed that my appointment had been rescheduled to 6 pm. I was also informed that I could not check in until 5:30 pm. Consequently, I had to wait outside their fence for an hour until 5:30 pm, during which time no trucks arrived. This entire experience was a complete waste of time. I could have at least gotten in and had my sample tested, but they couldn’t even manage to read a computer screen to determine the correct time of my appointment. It’s quite puzzling that they manage to stay in business when they can’t even figure out how to check in trucks.

Came 2 hours before appt, got a door right away. Polite personal. Restroom available. Scale available. Plenty of space for a maneuver. Outside parking for 2 trucks.

For a place to do dog stuff they add a bunch of unsafe garbage to their products. Don't recommend
