They are so genuine and loving with the pets. I've taken my cat to them since he was a tiny baby. He gets the best care and hugs from everyone. Highly recommend.

I took my two babies to get fixed and the ladies here were amazing! they were very patient and made sure my very nervous and scared babies were taken care of. they were also very informative and gave me so much helpful advice on aftercare

We have a household bustling with five pups and two cats, meaning we frequent the vet quite often. The team at Decatur Animal Care is nothing short of amazing. Their compassion and genuine love for their job and our pets shine through in every interaction. In all my years, I haven't encountered a better veterinarian or clinic. ⚠️WARNING!!! GRAPHIC PHOTOS!!!⚠️ This morning on my way to work, just past Smith Lake, I witnessed a small truck hit this puppy that was trying to get out of the road. The truck never slowed down or swerved to avoid the puppy. The puppy spun and rolled infront of my car, and I put my hazards on and pulled over. I tried to calm down and collect myself from what I just saw. I then looked over at the poor puppy and to my surprise, it had it’s head up and still breathing. I immediately jumped out, put the puppy in my car, and started calling people as to where I could go. My only option that wasn’t too out of the way was to continue to Decatur. The puppy’s eyes were twitching and it had blood coming from it’s mouth. I was so afraid it would die from head trauma before we reached Decatur. Ov

They were so caring and compassionate when I brought my cat in to have her euthanized.
