Big Dog Pet Supply

Ordered from their online store 10 days ago. I've emailed and called twice and cannot get ahold of them. Avoid ordering from this company. It's frustrating that I'm going to have to go through the hassle of a chargeback.

I'm so impressed with the quality of big dog pet supply box I subscribed! My furry baby loves it, and I can see that my furry baby is so happy with her treats and toy. Highly recommend!

I placed an online order and was told on Monday 10/27 it was back ordered. They asked if I wanted to wait a few days for an update or get a refund, and I replied that I’d wait until the end of the week. The next day, I got an automatic refund with no follow-up or communication. Disappointing experience — I wish they had followed through as promised or at least confirmed before canceling my order.

Ordering in morning 4 hrs I called to confirm. 10 hrs later still not now after calling if they have one item.smh tried to support small businesses

$173 for my golden doodle to be shaved is RIDICULOUS. I was charged an extra $40 for matting when all they did was completely shave her. Never again! I’ll go to Earthwise for $85 even though it’s farther from my house. I don’t even spend $173 on my own hair!!!!
