Beyond the Stars Dog Training

Before I met Brandy, I tried training my two little dogs as best as possible on my own, but didn't really know what I was doing. Brandy helped me understand some fundamentals about how training works and how dogs think that went beyond just giving commands. Understanding why my dogs were responding to me the way they were in different circumstances made a huge difference for us. I didn't realize I was confusing them in some ways, and also realized I had unintentionally taught them an important command that I never consistently reinforced, but now that I'm using it with intention they're starting to get it! I highly recommend working with Brandy!

Brandy is an excellent dog trainer. She has worked with my Winston several times and every time he makes leaps in progress. He has been our toughest PWD to get trained but with Brandy’s help he is doing so very well at just a year and a half old. He no longer counter surfs or tries to take food of our plates and he doesn’t bark at us wanting to go continuously while we are trying to relax in the evenings. She taught him where his place is when we need for him to stay put while we are eating or busy with something. He goes to his dog bed or lies down nicely now. We and Winston adore Brandy!! Best dog trainer we’ve ever worked with!

Brandy takes the time to learn about your needs for you and your pup. My dogs came from an abusive home and did not trust easily. Brandy took the time to earn their trust and helped their anxiety. Not only does she offer training but she also makes me feel good about going on vacation. My pups in good hands but so is my home. (The cats don’t mind her either) I have seen her with my dogs, her dogs, and other dogs she’s trained and she treats them all the same! She’s gentle with them. I just love her so much!!!! 10/10

Our pup Tyson loved working with Brandy. Tyson is a pit bull terrier and has lots of energy. With positive redirection and guidance provided during his training sessions it was an enjoyable experience. We can't thank Brandy enough for the great training and tips she provided!

Brandy is by far one of the best trainers. She is so passionate about what she does and is great with communication. I absolutely love working with her and will be taking all my future dogs to her!
