Mark Thompson is definitely one of the best dog trainers around. With his 35 years of experience, he is very skilled at reading dogs and evaluating them, in no time. For me, I needed a temperament test, to prove that my dog is not dangerous. Mark took my dog Bella, through all kinds of tests that were created to be stressful for her. She passed with flying colors. As part of the assessment, Mark provided me with a detailed written evaluation of his findings, which will be used in my case. I would recommend Mark to all my dog friends. Mark has a unique ability to understand dog. He was spot on with his recommendations and training. I trust his professional evaluation, and was very pleased with his services.

Mark Thompson has helped me train two of our dogs, both of whom were young rescue dogs. We got a Husky puppy in late March this year. We immediately knew that we would need to get professional help with training as he was very energetic and relatively defiant. We first reached out to Mark in early April and his assistant was very quick to respond and lay out everything that he could do to help us. Both the assistant and us felt that we were a good fit for Mark's training services. Our progress with our puppy thus far has been amazing! Mark has been awesome throughout the whole process. I thought I would never be able to have my dog, Ruckus, around another dog ever again. He was extremely aggressive towards dogs, and was starting to turn on people too. We had shopped around for the best option for our small dog for training. We had been recommended by a friend to the better place kennel. They referred us to Dog Training in your home. Our small dog quickly is now house broken, will not jump up on people, and continuing to work on learning commands. The monthly group sessions are great. Mark is knowledgable and cares about the pets greatly!
