Bethel Animal Hospital

my visit today was such a good experience. i called this morning and they were able to get me an appointment asap. when i stepped into the lobby, i noticed that everything was clean and had been updated since the last time i was there many years ago. the receptionist was kind and was able to get me taken back quickly. the room i was placed in was clean and organized. the assistant was very kind and patient. she listened and gave my cat plenty of attention and care. dr yao was amazing. she took her time giving an exam. gave great explanations on what she was seeing. the prices were great compared to some other vets that i have seen in the area. i feel confident and comfortable coming back. i know my cats are on good hands. thank you so much Bethel Staff!

Took my cat in for an emergency, and it was my first time at their practice. Loved the upfront pricing, great staff, wonderful care and follow up. Specifically, as far as staff goes, Brianna and Valerie were friendly and helpful. Dr. Galano answered all of our questions and spent as much time with us as we needed. Overall, I had a great all-around experience. I was impressed and happy.

Gotta say I haven't been a big fan of Bethel Animal Hospital lately. Not since their rebranding and what appears to be their new corporate ownership. Dr B medical director comes off as dismissive and condescending in her approach. The latest example is my most recent visit. I've been bringing my 16 yr old dog in monthly for pain injections for quite some time now. The procedure is to call in for an appointment. There is only one day that a vet tech administer the shot without having to have an exam. Otherwise you have to pay a bit more for the Dr. to administer and of course exam. I did my part and made it to my appointment on time. Dr. B did her exam. And the the tech came and got my dog to take her back and give her the shot. I like the Bethel Animal clinic. I like the care they give my dogs. The Doctor explains health condition in common terminology . I like that I can always get in on the same day. I think their prices are reasonable.

Bethel animal hospital was able to get me in last minute as I was worried about my kitten. They were super informative and also relatively affordable for anybody worried about cost, though I'm sure it varies with the level of need. They were able to give my kitten long-acting medications since she would be difficult to medicate, and I work 12 hour shifts. Overall, they were very kind, upfront, and professional!
