I've taken my GoldenDoodle puppy here 3 times. I'm always impressed with the amazing job they on her. She has very soft fur that mats easily...so it's best to keep her fur short. They take a lot of time working on her, and it shows.

I would highly advise staying away from this business. It was a poor experience for both me and my pup. I took my doodle in to see Kayla for her first ever grooming. First red flag was the fact that she wouldn’t let me stick around. I asked directly because it was my pups first time and her response was “It’s going to take up to 3 hours, it’s a long process”. I said I didn’t mind and would like to stay. She then responded with “Well you can hang around the area and I’ll call you when she’s done”. I found it weird she wouldn’t let me stay, especially after reading her response to a previous review stating they were welcome to stick around if they wanted. I do not recommend! I don’t know if they got new employees or they just don’t care anymore but I brought my dog in to get a haircut and I kid you not he looks like all he got was his fur washed and brushed out. I always ask for a teddy bear cut with about 1-2 inches of fur left and when I asked for that this time they said they were going to de-shed and scissor trim instead???? Please take your dog elsewhere, I should not have paid $85 dollars for a brush out that I could’ve done myself at home. For example this is how he looked before, after and what he’s SUPPOSED to look like with a teddy bear cut.

I love these ladies, they always take good care of my pups. I appreciate how hard they work to get them cleaned up and maintained. My pups always get excited to see them which reassures me they are getting the best treatment.
