Best Friends Pet Hotel

Our big girl, Lou, LOVES Best Friends Lansing. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and friendly. They treat Lou like one of their own. Highly recommend them for boarding, daycare, training, grooming, etc.

Zeus has absolutely loved his two stays with Best Friends! This most recent they did two activities with him and sent videos to me of him. The staff is all very sweet. Highly recommend!

We booked an appt for 4 hours to have playtime for our dog and a bath afterwards. We booked from 10 till 2...playtime first...then a bath. The problem was at 12:06 we get a call that she's ready to come home. I'm pretty certain she just got groomed right away and no play time....which was our first priority since the dog park is now closed. We expected to get her at 2...not shortly after noon. Her grooming was exceptional...but I'm very disappointed she didn't get 2 hours of play time with other dogs. When I expressed my dismay I was not offered an extra play day at another time. They charged us an extra 11 dollars for play time I suspect out pooch Emi never got. She couldn't wait to leave there...very unusual for her. She was stressed out. My dog loves coming here and is always sad to leave. The staff take such good care of him and keeps us updated sending us pictures of him. He came home exhausted and slept all night long :)

This place is great. Both my Pom and Bouvier enjoyed their time and will be back. They also loved the groomer who does an excellent job.
