Our pup Nala has been going to Best Friends Boxford for the last several years. She's always treated well; I believe recently they have been running under new management, and the place has only improved. She runs in with no hesitation, so I know she must like it there. I sign her up for the enrichment classes, an after dinner treat, and she ends her stay with a full grooming so she comes home pretty and refreshed. The staff is friendly and shares pictures of her during her stay. Pick up and drop off is quick and convenient, and they keep her vaccination records on file and up to date which means we can drop off on short notice for a weekend get away. They even managed to get her to look at the camera! Thanks for the great service and looking after our dog.
Best Friends always takes care of our 4-legged best friend. Whether hanging out for the day, or staying overnight, he always had a good time. The staff are kind and truly understand animals. Would recommend Best Friends in Boxford every day.
Finnegan just came home from a wonderful four day play, training, boarding and grooming yesterday. He came home happy, tired and well taken care of. Our nine month golden doodle really enjoys being at Best Friends for either daycare, grooming or boarding. We are so happy with Best Friends and we don’t need to worry about whether he’s happy. I have a 5 month old Giant Schnauzer puppy named Barry that needs more than I can give him at home. At Best Friends in Boxford MA is the perfect fit. Barry has had a great time, he has had the opportunity to play, and he is learning his basic commands through consistency. Barry also gets some quiet time where he can relax in his own room, where he can eat lunch or take a nap on a comfy bed. I highly recommend Best Friends Pet Hotel in Boxford MA for a rewarding experience for your dog.
