Best Boarding Kennel

Great place, the pet was calm upon pickup. The place seemed clean from outside.

We boarded our dog here for 6 days while on vacation out of the country. We are by no means the pet people that get all riled up when a hair is out of place on our dog's head. He's a resilient, low maintenance guy, and we try to reflect that as pet owners. That being said, he has allergies that requires daily medication. If left unchecked, his allergies result in pretty severe (and costly) skin infections. After pickup, we noticed he was losing tons of hair on the drive home. We assumed it was just the stress of staying in a different place, until we arrived home and realized that none of the allergy pills we sent with him (clearly labeled with instructions on how much and when to give it, as well as instructions posted to his online profile) had been used. We have been using BBK for years. Ashley takes such good care of our little girl, that when we come for her monthly grooming's, she is super excited as soon as we pull in. I wouldn't trust our little one to anyone else!

Our dog was in good spirits after his stay, unlike other kennels where he was visibly upset. Customer service was quite good.

Reily did have a good experience. But his haircut was not satisfactory. His head and face hair were cut unevenly giving him a mohawk. I had asked the welcome attendant to cut his face hair shorter than usual and his snout is shaved. His back and body hair was uneven. I’m just disappointed.
