I’ve been using their services for almost a year for my senior lab, and they’ve consistently been responsive, compassionate, and professional. At this stage of her life, my dog Shanti has multiple mobility and gastrointestinal issues, requiring a lot of care, flexibility, dietary adjustments, and frequent check-ups, and I’ve found all the support I needed at this hospital. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality of care they provide. I especially want to recognize Emily, Connor, and Delaney on the staff; they are incredibly kind and helpful every time I visit, whether I’m picking up prescription food or scheduling appointments. Bentley has been our veterinarian for the past five years. Dr. Hulsey and his staff are incredible. Twice they have saved my dog's life by being intentional and deliver it with treatment. Dr. Hulsey's instincts are unmatched. The entire staff is warm and friendly and genuinely cares about my pets and their health. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a new veterinarian.

Dr. Temmen and Dr. Hulsey have been really kind and helpful with my dog the past year. He’s an old dog who has had multiple vet visits recently, and they have taken such good care of him! I’ve also brought my cat in for his vaccines, and Dr. Temmen was very patient and careful with him. Their prices are also very fair compared to other vets in Huntsville. Thank you guys so much!

me and my family have used bentley for all animal needs and emergencies for a long time, but tonight they genuinely just broke my heart and disappointed me. brought my cat in for an emergency an hour before closing (i know i was pushing it but note the word emergency) and was asked how i could be helped, before i could even get what was going on out to the lady at the front desk, she throws her hands up in defense to say that theres "no doctor in the building at the moment". you see me bringing a huge pet carrier in, why ask me how i can be helped at all if you couldnt/wouldnt? why have opening/closing times if you dont go by them? i had to drive 20 minutes to an emergency vet instead of the chosen family one i trusted, and by the time i got there my cat's condition had worsened. i never l
